Client sees the wrong price

Do not edit the list price. Open that client’s rule, check the cents, and read the old and new value in the audit log. Only an admin saves a rule.

The order will not pick

Compare stock with the line. If a purchase is still ordered, warehouse or purchasing receives it. Warehouse then picks and assigns a vehicle.

Invoice with no payment

An invoice exists only after picking. Inside sales issues it and records the payment for the open amount. The client can see the document and cannot post it.
